These Terms and Conditions govern quotations, agreements, services and all professional relationships entered into by Eco-Centrum.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every quotation, proposal, assignment, confirmation, agreement and service supplied by Eco-Centrum.
By accepting an offer, confirming an order, requesting performance to begin, or otherwise entering into a business relationship with Eco-Centrum, the client accepts these terms.
Any purchasing conditions or standard terms used by the client do not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by Eco-Centrum.
All offers and quotations are non-binding until expressly accepted by Eco-Centrum.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations expire after 30 calendar days from the date of issue.
A contract is concluded only after written acceptance or once Eco-Centrum begins the agreed services.
Eco-Centrum undertakes to perform its services with reasonable care and professional diligence.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, obligations are obligations of means and not guarantees of a specific result.
The client must provide all necessary information, access and cooperation required for execution.
Applicable prices are those stated in the accepted quotation, order confirmation or invoice.
Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest of 1% per started month and fixed compensation of 10% of the overdue amount, with a minimum of €250.
Invoice objections must be submitted in writing within five working days of receipt.
The duration of the agreement depends on the accepted quotation or contractual document.
Eco-Centrum may suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of serious contractual breach, non-payment or insolvency.
Work already performed remains payable.
All intellectual property relating to Eco-Centrum's website, logo, texts, photographs, methods and business materials remains the exclusive property of Eco-Centrum or its licensors.
Clients may not reproduce or commercially exploit such materials without prior written consent.
Eco-Centrum processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
Both parties shall maintain confidentiality regarding business information obtained during the performance of the agreement.
Eco-Centrum shall only be liable where liability arises under mandatory law or through intent or gross negligence.
Eco-Centrum shall not be liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, reputational damage or business interruption.
Any established liability shall be limited to the value of the assignment excluding VAT.
Eco-Centrum is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Examples include illness, strikes, accidents, government measures, supplier failures, internet outages and power interruptions.
If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any accepted quotation or agreement, constitute the complete contractual arrangement between the parties.
All agreements involving Eco-Centrum are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district in which Eco-Centrum has its registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
